We founded Re Source Partners because we’ve been there. We know what it feels like to be searching for that one thing you can really be passionate about. We never would have discovered our passion for human resource if we didn’t have the right people placing us in human resource roles in the first place!

So that’s our main purpose — to pay it forward and enable careers by placing talent in positions where they would thrive. Our philosophy is to put the heart in human resource because we believe that every talent is more than what is written on their resumes or CVs.

Kristin Bok goes above and beyond to seek talent out. Her passion lies in connecting the right people to the right roles. In her 13 years (and counting) in the industry, she has helped plenty of talent and companies find each other.

Shay Li is passionate about building close and meaningful relationships. He believes in creating an environment that encourages positive collaboration and growth, and he’s always looking for ways to provide clients with useful solutions and insight.
